I love exploring all the great blogs out there and ran across this great linky over at Mrs. Reed's blog , Flying into First Grade.  So I am linking up with them.  Since my blog is celebrating it's one year anniversary this summer I think this will be a great way to get acquainted.  :)  So here it goes. 

The NOUN Game

 

The noun game is where you simply just name your favorite person, place, thing, and animal.

So here is mine!!!

 

PERSON

If I have to pick one I would go for the inspiration for the name of The Teaching Bug.  My grandmother gave me the name "Julie Bug" growing up.  She would call me that until the day she died.  So when I was coming up the name for my blog I figured if she was here today she would be happy I was a teacher and probably call me The Teaching Bug. 

 

PLACE 

My favorite place to visit is Charleston, S.C.  I absolutely love the area, the food, and the history.  I have traveled there several times and I just fall in love with it every time we go down. 

 

THING

My favorite thing is the pool.  There is nothing better in the summer than spending any and all time swimming.  It is my FAVORITE thing to do in the summer. 

 

ANIMAL

I love dogs.  We have had small dogs and big dogs .  Each one of them was a member of our family.
